Parents & Teachers

Part of Aviore’s mission is to make learning about science, engineering, math, and technology FUN. And that’s where aviation comes in.

EAA encourages you to work with students of all ages and get them excited about aviation. Who knows where it will lead?

Here are some of Aviore’s favorite activities. Input for these activities came from EAA chapter leaders and Young Eagle coordinators, current activities featured at the EAA AirVenture Museum and the EAA Air Academy with additional programs submitted by teachers and other aviation organizations.

BALLOON CAR

Learn Newton's Third Law

This simple demo provides the introduction to the admission of pressurized gas resulting in the thrusting of a vehicle.

For additional activities, as well as suggestions on how to incorporate them into Young Eagle events (and making an effective presentation at a local school), are available at the button below.

A note to parents:

Your child can join the ranks of more than 2 million Young Eagles® and see their world from a whole new perspective.

Since 1992, Young Eagles flights have been safely conducted in nearly every type of general aviation aircraft.
